Privacy policy
No legal fog. Here in plain words is what we collect, why we collect it, how we keep it safe and the control you have over it.

The information we hold
We keep this minimal on purpose, because the less we hold, the less there is to worry about. When you contact us to open or manage an ID, we collect the basics needed to run that service: the name and phone number you share with us, and the WhatsApp messages we exchange so we have a record of your requests. When you deposit or withdraw, we handle the UPI or bank details needed to move that money.
That is the extent of it. We do not run trackers to build a profile of you, and we are not in the business of harvesting data we do not need. What we hold is what it takes to set up your ID and process your payments, nothing more.
How we use and protect it
We use your information for one thing: to provide the service you asked for. That means creating and recovering your ID, processing deposits and withdrawals to your own verified account, and answering your questions. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to marketers.
- Used only to run your ID and payments
- Never sold or handed to marketers
- Kept only as long as needed for the service
- Withdrawals go only to your own verified account
The control you have
Your information is yours. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete your details when you no longer use the service, subject to any records we are genuinely required to keep. Just raise it in the chat and we will deal with it.
A reminder that cuts both ways on privacy and security: we will never ask you for a banking OTP, and we will never ask you to send money to a personal number outside our verified deposit flow. Protecting your information also means protecting your account, so keep your password private and tell us at once if something looks off.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change how we handle information, we will update this page so it always reflects what we actually do. The date at the foot of the site and our sitemap track when things were last refreshed. If anything here is unclear, message us and we will explain it in plain terms.
What we do not collect
There is no account to create on this website itself. No signup form, no login box, no newsletter, so nothing you type into this site reaches us, because there is nothing here to type into. Reading these guides leaves no record attached to your name.
We do not store card numbers, because we never take a card payment. We do not ask for your location and we do not track it. We do not build advertising profiles or sell audience segments, and there are no retargeting pixels here following you around other sites. If a page ever starts asking for a bank OTP, a full card number or your platform password, it is not ours and you should close it.
Cookies and traffic measurement
The site uses basic traffic measurement so we can see which guides get read and which ones nobody opens. That is counting rather than identification: it tells us a page was viewed, not who you are. Your browser settings control cookies and blocking them will not stop any page here from working. The live score widget is loaded from a third party and follows its own policy, which is worth knowing if you are careful about embeds.
How long we keep things, and who else sees them
Chat history stays in the WhatsApp thread for as long as the account is active, because that thread is the record both sides rely on when a reference from three months ago needs checking. Payment references are kept while they might still be needed for a dispute. Once you close the account and ask for deletion, we remove what we hold, keeping only what a genuine legal or financial obligation requires.
Who your details actually reach
Two places, and no others. The platform, because an account cannot exist without one being opened. The payment rails, because a UPI deposit or a bank transfer cannot happen without account details passing through them. We do not share your number with marketers, tipster groups or anybody selling anything, and nobody has ever bought a list from us because we have never sold one.
WhatsApp itself carries the messages, so its own policy applies to the transport of them. That is worth saying plainly rather than pretending a chat is somehow sealed off from the company running it.
What you can ask us to do
Ask what we hold and you get an answer, not a form. Ask for a correction, say a misspelt name on a payout, and it is fixed inside the chat. Ask for deletion when you are finished with the service, and we delete. There is no online portal for any of this and there does not need to be, since the same thread you already use handles it.
One thing we cannot do is remove a record the platform holds, because that account is not ours. If you want it closed at that end, say so and we pass the request through, but the decision sits with them. Anything genuinely required for financial records also stays, and we would rather tell you that now than surprise you later.
FAQs
Do I need to create an account on this website to read the guides?
No. There is no signup form, no login box and no newsletter on this website, so there is nothing here for you to hand over. Reading a guide leaves no record attached to your name. The only account that exists is the betting one we open for you on the platform, and that whole conversation happens inside the WhatsApp chat.
Does the desk store my card or bank details anywhere?
We do not store card numbers, because we never take card payments in the first place. UPI and bank details pass through while a deposit or a withdrawal is being processed, and the payout account is checked against the one you paid in from. Beyond what a transaction actually needs, nothing sits in a file waiting to leak.
Who exactly can see my WhatsApp chat with the desk?
The small group working the desk, and nobody else on our side. WhatsApp itself carries the messages, so its own policy covers the transport of them, and we would rather say that plainly than pretend a chat is sealed off from the company running it. We do not forward threads, screenshots or numbers to anyone selling anything.
How long do you keep my deposit and withdrawal records?
As long as they might genuinely be needed. Payment references stay while a dispute could still be raised on them, since a UTR from two months ago is often the only thing that settles an argument. After you close the account and ask for deletion they go, apart from anything a legal or financial obligation requires us to hold.
Can I ask you to delete everything you hold about me?
Yes, and it is one message rather than a form. Ask in the chat, we confirm you are the account holder, and we remove what we hold. Two honest limits: records a financial obligation requires us to keep will stay, and anything the platform holds is not ours to delete, though we will pass a closure request through to them.
Does this site use cookies or advertising trackers?
The site uses basic traffic measurement so we can see which guides get read and which ones nobody opens. That is counting rather than identification, since it tells us a page was viewed and not who you are. There are no advertising pixels following you to other sites, and blocking cookies in your browser will not break anything here.
Will my number be passed to tipster groups or marketers?
No. Your number goes to the platform to open the account and nowhere else. We have never sold a list, which is the only reason nobody has ever bought one from us. If you start getting tipster messages soon after opening an ID, tell us, because it usually means the number leaked elsewhere and it is worth tracing.
What documents might you ask me for, and why?
Usually none at all for a basic ID. Where a payout is large, or the receiving account name does not match the depositing one, we may ask you to confirm identity before money moves, which protects you more than it protects us. We ask inside the live chat and we explain why. Never send documents to a number that messaged you out of nowhere.
Suppose this desk closes, or somebody else takes it over. Where does my information end up?
A fair question that most sites dodge. If the desk ever stopped operating, the sensible move for you is to withdraw your balance first and ask for your records to be deleted, and we would tell players before disappearing rather than after. Your platform account would still exist independently of us, since it was never ours to begin with.
I suspect someone else has my Tiger Exchange details. What now?
Change the password immediately, then message the desk from your own number so we can watch the account for anything odd. Say what you think leaked and roughly when. If money has already moved, send the timings rather than a description of them. Do not wait until morning to see whether it settles, because the first hour is the only cheap one.
